Interior designers, 3D renders, getting quotes, planning the timeline, executing the work, coordinating the contractors are all part and parcel of a renovation project. Our commitment as project managers is to provide property owners with the most reasonable quotation for each segment at no mark ups, and executing the work with 100% commitment while complying to local regulations. How to start?
​Look for an ID? Go direct to architect? Search for a builder? Conventional methods of renovation goes through a series of middlemen, and that's where costs build up. We're a group of project managers bending the rules to simplify the construction process, cutting out unnecessary costs to bring value to property owners.
Step 1
Define the scope
Discussion on how to makeover your property, and decide the extent of works required. Whether it's a minor renovation to freshen up the place, or a total rebuild to meet your lifestyle choices, we will provide options and alternatives to meet your budget.
Step 2
Choosing the design
Most of the time, owners do not know exactly what they want. We will provide 3 design drafts to let owners have a general direction on how they want the property to look, and refine further as we progress.
Step 3
Executing the plan
This is where we bring the most value. All quotations given by contractors will be 100% transparent with no further mark ups. Owners can choose to participate actively in the contractor selection process, or give full autonomy for us to choose the most suitable contractor. All coordination works will be done by us to ensure a fast and efficient timeline.
Step 4
Handover
Rectify any issues and complete handover to owner. We provide a 12 months defect liability period to ensure a peace of mind.
